Everything was done on line - reserved the drive up 10'X10' space, signed the contract, paid initial fees and signed up for auto pay. Received instructions to load app on my phone to enter the facility. Have yet had a need to talk to anyone - everything worked as advertised. Like the security and attention to the cleanliness of the storage unit and the site.

The phone center is useless. They cannot come off script and hear what you are asking. I had a much better experience going directly to the site and meeting the manager.

Problems with door to unit. The lock mechanism very stiff and hard to open. Dirt blows in under the pull-down door. The staff member was very nice, helpful, and quick to respond to requests for assistance. My overall four-star rating based on average: five-stars for staff, and three-stars for facilities.

Rented a climate control space. The customer service was awesome. The building was clean and the place seem secure. The lady in the office answered all my questions. I had a great experience for my first time using storage.

Customer service was great, as was the location, website, etc. I was frustrated with the required additional costs of things like the lock, the insurance, etc. If they're required, I'd rather they be included in the cost of the storage unit to begin with.

I went into this Public Storage about two weeks ago to get some boxes and packing paper and a few other items. The lady had great customer service she even offered to take all my items out to the car for me. Haven't seen customer service like that in a while. I think her name was Tamera something like that. I will be back if we need more items.

First and most important, the staff is excellent. That aside, it's a clean well cared for facility with reasonable prices. My only real complaint would be that this is now the second time you've asked for a survey and it's an email I'd rather not bother with once I've already reviewed. Still 5 star establishment.

The process of renting the unit was quick and easy. Did a reservation online after seeing the facility in person one day when I stopped by, got a lower rate by reserving online. The space is perfect for my needs and the location is great. The facility is clean and the staff is courteous and helpful. Overall a great experience, the only negative I would say is that I was supposed by the additional fees that were added on that were advertised. You have to get insurance through public storage which at a minimum is $11 a month added on to the monthly advertised fee. And initially you have to pay $20 for the lock as well that is not advertised with the $1 to rent for one month $1 $25 admin fee $20 for the lock.
